Justouch SDK has been deployed by China’s Ministry of Public Security.China has long implemented fingerprint registration on second-generation ID cards to reduce identity fraud. Chinese national ID system is the World's largest national ID program in 2012.

The Ministry of Public Security Security Technology Certification Center authoritatively released the "List of Resident Identity Card Fingerprint Application Algorithms that Passed Quality Consistency Evaluation" and the first batch of "List of Resident Identity Card Fingerprint Collectors that Passed Quality Consistency Evaluation". MIAXIS Justouch algorithm successfully passed various rigorous tests of the certification center and were successfully shortlisted

For biometric anti-counterfeiting technologies such as fingerprints, after 10 years of technological development, fingerprint registration and identification technology has become mature. ID card fingerprint registration was planned as early as the early 1990s. It is not a congenital defect. The fingerprint information storage area has been reserved at the beginning of the design of the second-generation ID card. The full launch of ID card registration fingerprint information is to fully activate and utilize this function to strengthen its anti-counterfeiting and identity recognition capabilities.

It is understood that due to defects in the inspection link when using the second-generation ID card, personal ID card information has been frequently stolen in recent years, and even used by criminals to carry out various illegal and criminal activities. After the second-generation ID card registers personal fingerprint information, the public security organs and social ID card units can verify the fingerprint and quickly and accurately determine the "identity of person and ID card", which can effectively prevent the occurrence of illegal and criminal acts such as impersonating others' resident ID cards, forging and altering resident ID cards, and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens from infringement.

In addition, after the second-generation ID card adds fingerprint information, it is also beneficial for financial, telecommunications, transportation, education, medical and other ID card units to identify the identity of the card holder more quickly and accurately through machine reading, which is conducive to improving work efficiency and preventing the occurrence of illegal and criminal acts of impersonating others' resident ID cards.
